- Must be the 3rd year undergraduate student currently enrolled at KMUTT
- Able to communicate in English at a conversational level.
- GPA ? 2.50

- Academic transcript in English
- Copy of Passport (valid over 6 months before travel), if any
- Research proposal with an explanation about your research interest in detail.
- Recommendation Letter from your advisor
- English language proficiency test or letter recommendation on student?s
- English language proficiency test or letter recommendation on student?s English proficiency signed by an English lecturer.

Your Faculty/School will submit the application package to KMUTT
Your Faculty/School will submit the application package to KMUTT International Affairs Office by 6 December 2019.
IA screens out the documents of applicants and submit it to partner universities in Japan, according to applicants? research proposal.
- Selection Announcement
Universities in Japan announce the result of lab matching, adviser and
scholarship (if any) and issue letter of acceptance to IA for further process

IA will inform the result to the Faculty/School and students.
Deadline to submit the application documents is by 11 November 2019 at
International Affairs Office of your Faculty/School.
